SRCO is a Speculative Investment. Investing in microcap securities is highly speculative and carries an extremely high degree of risk. It is possible that an investor's entire investment may be lost due to the speculative nature of the company. The solvency of the company depends upon its ability to raise new capital. The company’s ability to raise new capital may be negatively influenced by down turns in the major stock market averages such as the Standard & Poors 500 Index, the power sports industry, the financing industry, and the general global economy. Visitors of spartacommercial.com should not rely solely on the information contained in this website, but should consult with their own independent business, tax and financial advisors with respect to any investment opportunity.
