SPARTA COMMERCIAL DRAMATICALLY EXPANDS ITS U.S. DEALER NETWORK
New York; March 24, 2006

Sparta Commercial Services, Inc. reported rapid expansion of its nationwide powersports dealer network. To date, over 1,050 powersports dealers have signed on to our website, www.spartacommercial.com, downloaded, and submitted applications and are pending approval to become Authorized Sparta Dealers. To date, 257 of that number have been approved as Authorized Sparta Dealers. Customer credit applications submitted by these dealers are up 137% over last quarter and 293% over the first quarter last year with approval rates running in excess of 30%. These Authorized Sparta Dealers operate in all of the 31 states where the company is currently doing business.

Commenting on the accelerating expansion of its dealer network, Anthony L. Havens, CEO of Sparta, said that "The recent four-fold increase in our field marketing staff and our overwhelming reception at our first appearance as an exhibitor at the dealer only trade show, "Dealer EXPO 2006," in February, have given a big boost to our exposure to and acceptance by the industry. Over 20,000 people attended the 3 day dealer show with 285 dealer personnel receiving individual on-line demonstrations of our proprietary iPLUSTM credit decisioning system. We believe that this enthusiasm is a clear indication that our business model, which offers dealers and their customers a wider choice of financing options and greater flexibility than any of our competitors, will quickly catapult Sparta into a position of industry prominence."

"To assist in increasing our dealer base, we have, as recently announced, entered into third party marketing agreements with recognized industry leaders, Lemco Management Group (www.lemcomanagementgroup.com) and 700Credit, Inc. Havens added, "As well as introducing our finance and lease programs to their combined 900 dealer base, Lemco and 700Credit will assist in the training and servicing of our new and existing dealers."
